We were in that awful situation where we had a burst water tank and needed to stop the ‘flood’ quickly and see about a replacement boiler. I hadnt used Piper Plumbing and heating Dunfermline before but having seen the references on the internet we decided to call. They had other work scheduled but ensured they were there promptly and resolved the immediate issue. We then proceeded to have a combi boiler fitted and they pulled out all the stops to fit us in – given we had no hot water or heating. From that very first call and throughout I am more than impressed with Piper Plumbing and heating Dunfermline, especially the staff for their professional and informative approach which helped us through a difficult time. Excellent care and attention from start to finish using quality materials. We now wish to replace our shower so will soon be asking for another quote (will be in touch soon guys!)…. Use Piper Plumbing and heating Dunfermline you will never use anyone else again.

The job was discussed thoroughly beforehand and so there were no nasty surprises!

W Vincent Joiner Dundee rang the day before and ensured that everything I ordered from Homebase for the Boiler Cupboard had arrived - a sensible move, but not every joiner company does this!

Billy and his colleague arrived precisely on time at 8.00am the following day. When I arrived home in the evening the kitchen had a lovely boiler cupboard concealing the tangle of ugly pipework that an inconsiderate plumber had left me with!

The floor had been thoroughly swept and the flat left tidy by W Vincent Joiner Dundee. The next day Billy again arrived punctually with the tiled panel to conceal the lower pipework.

After a few minor adjustments and grouting the team were away by 8.45am!

I will definatally use this Dundee Joiner company again and have actually requested a quote for a bathroom fitting - they do more than just joinery.
