Familyoffour's Qype profile

Ate here in August with my husband and 2 young children. Service was terrible – waited 45 mins on starters which was only veg soup and mushrooms! Had to wait another hour on main course despite asking several times what was taking so long. My husbands steak came out raw and had to be sent back. We were then told it would be another 20 mins for steak – at which point we left! Rang next day to complain to manager only to be told he was busy. Will never be back and have told everyone I know not to go either.
