It a new hotel that looks like a haunted house. Although i have never stayed my husband has. He was not impressed.
I have had beauty treatments in the hotel with no complaints.
There are other hotels that are much cheaper and better value.

The pub is a little dated.
I have only ever been on a sunday and had a roast.
The food is very nice and a reasonable price.
Its also a good place to take children.

Its a nice place to go. They have a good range of food. A bit of everything to suit everyone.
The only down side is that on markets days ( Wed and Sat ) its gets very busy with people waiting outside so be seated.

The D and P has alot to answer for…..Its the place that i met my husband in 12 years ago.
As a teenager i visited on Friday and Saturday nights. It had a very relaxed feel and was the place to be seen.

Toy Box is a fantastic shop.
It stocks everything from party bag fillers to knights castles.
My son likes Lego and playmobile. They always have what i am looking for.
The puzzles and games seletion on the top floor is good too.
All in all a good toy shop like they use to be.
National Trust: Anglesey Abbey, Garden and Lode Mill - Cambridge
Quy Road, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire CB25 9EJ

Anglesey Abbey is a stunning place. I offen go for a walk around the gardens.
The mill is fully working and produces very good brown flour, which i use for making bread.
The gardens have many hidding places for the children to explore.
The house is lovely and i would recomend watching the clock strike its magical.
The resturant is good serving meal, snacks and drinks.
Gap Kids - Cambridge
2A Market Hill, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire CB2 3NJ

I like Gap clothing. It keeps its shape and does not wear. Only thing is its a little on the expensive side.
The store is cut into 2. Babys and toddlers on the top floor with a lift and stairs. Older children on the bottom floor.
I always have trouble working out the sizes, but in recent years they have started adding english sizing to the labels.
Early Learning Centre - Cambridge
Petty Cury, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire CB2 3NA

The Early Learning Centre is a good place to head for children under 5.
It has lots of eductional toys with many being wooden.
All toys last they are built to be played with.
I have always found the staff good and they do not mind children playing in the shop.
