Unprofessional salon – I booked a spray tan there for the day before my holiday. On arriving the receptionist looked at me blankly and said that Hannah had left and there was no-one to do a spray tan. She said I should have had a phone call from Hannah, but obviously saw no reason why the salon should phone me to let me know – the girl being self-employed was no excuse to me, as I had booked through Hilltop. Just wondering if they had my telephone no. written down (I had given it over the phone) – probably inefficient as well as unprofessional !!
DarrenJewsbury I am sorry you were let down by Hilltop, But Hannah left at vey short notice and took all of her apointment cards with her, so we had no way of contacting or knowing who was booked in over this week and the folloowing weeks, and we presumed that Hannah would be contacting those people herself.
once agiain I appologise for you been let down.
