Gilmour’s is my latest venture (in Chelsea) celebrating British cuisine, but with an added contemporary twist, using fantastic produce which Jeff my chef carefully sources and then prepares in his new kitchen which opens directly onto the dining room. Even the bread with varying different flavours is freshly baked on a daily basis.

As the dining experience for me is as much about ambience and who you are with, as it is with the menu and the wine list, when I first came across this site in Park Walk, an area I have always been fond of, I realised that this was an opportunity not to be missed.

The menu, a mixture of much-loved comfort food is served with a modern twist at sensible prices emphasising both quality and value. Our Sunday lunch is fantastic and also as it is a family occasion, so we are offering Sunday lunch for those under 12 at a cost of £12 for the daily roast plus dessert.

Wine is another passion of mine and I hope you will agree that our wine list is modestly priced, and I have extended this great value to our 12.5% service charge which will never exceed £3.75 a bottle. In other words the service charge for a bottle of £30 wine will be the same as that of a £130 bottle.
