We visited this pub for the first time in years last Sunday and the pub was very busy as you'd expect with the good weather. Considering we hadn't booked and the pub was pretty much full we were pleasantly surprised to hear that the wait for food was only 15mins. We both ordered the chilli burger and chips and it was delicious and a very good sized portion. Perfect! The atmosphere was buzzing with alot of people in and out who all seemed to be regulars. The only dissappointment were the toilets, they seemed to have been neglected for quite some time and could do with a lick of paint. All in all though a very nice experience and we will be coming back again very soon.

The best restaurant in Surrey! We've eaten here 4 times now and have never left disappointed. Having eaten at alot of the best restaurants in the county this one outweighs all the others by a long way.

Without doubt the best indian restaurant in Dorking, excellent value and fantastic food. We have tried all the others a few times but always come back to C&S. Friendly staff (although the manager is a little too friendly when it's quiet!) Although don't let this put you off. You will not find better Indian food in Dorking.

We visted the Watermill last night and it was brilliant. The pub was packed and we only just managed to get a parking space which in the middle of January tells you just how popular this pub has become again following its upgrade & re-launch in November 2010. The food was very good, excellent service with friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Very very impressed with how they have turned this pub around. We will be returning again very soon. My congratulations go to the chef, manager and all his staff.
