we popped in on saturday lunch with the kids as a break from shopping and thought the food was fantastic, really fresh tasting and healthy too. even though we queued at the door it was less than 5 minutes before we were seated. our waitress was really helpfull with advice as the menu can appear a bit daunting. crispy prawn side dish was an inspired recommendation and the kids loved their mini katsu dishes (crunchy battered chicken breast with rice and a creamy mild curry sauce) I had a steak soba which was a delicious combination of flavours and textures and my wife enjoyed her wagamama ramen - a huge bowl of soup and noodles filled with chicken, fish, tofu, mushroom and other fancy japanese bits!
for dessert I recommend the scrummy ginger cheesecake and the kids recommend sharing a portion of the chocolate cake. we were informed that coffees are now on the menu but were just too full by this point.service was really speedy without being rushed, we will definately go back again soon and heartily recommend for those who dare to be different!
