Well i have to say that the service that i got here after my phone was stolen was excellent. Although the actual phone companies are complete rip off merchants, the chap i saw in the shop was such a sweetie and went out of his way to help me, even though i was supposed to sort this out myself. I would highly recommend Orange Shop for anyone with a problem.

I would never go to this place again, I have MS and do get my words muddled and the woman behind the counter obviously got frustrated by this (as if i don't) and started huffing and puffing, when i corrected her with my order, this ignorant & bad mannered woman starting slamming things and muttering obscenities under her breath. When i actually got the coffee after my change was almost thrown at me the coffee was terrible. So, in my opinion this has to be the worst coffee shop and service ever....
