I have a degree in Sports Science along with other fitness qualifications. I am able to provide good sound diet and nutritional advice or disign a diet to suit you and your training needs. All areas of fitness can be catered for, including weight loss, muscle tone, flexibility, power, speed and balance just to name a few. Personal one-to-one training is also available to maximise results and get a training program which is individual and purposefully made for you.
