Love love love. Everything is perfect without feeling contrived. The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable (and cute!). It's great value too - I'm forever recommending it to people and so far no one has been disapointed. If you like proper tea I would say this is well worth a city centre detour (just make sure you go on one of the days it is open).

I have no comment on the quality of their work. I do however question their customer service. A friend of mine worked in the St Andrews Square branch a while back and was shocked by the behaviour of the staff at the time. When customers arrived their belongings were taken downstairs for the duration of their appointment. My friend informed me of staff going through peoples bags and belongings as well as using very racist language to describe and bitch about customers. When another friend of mine complained having been laughed at and humiliated by the receptionist in the same branch when trying to buy products I assisted him in making a formal complaint. He was contacted by the salon manager who accused him of wasting his time because having checked with the staff member concerned was told this did not happen (like the receptionist was going to admit to her manager how rude she had been - maybe a quick check of CCTV would have proved my friends claim). Not satisfied with his treatment my friend contacted head office where a very rude woman said that what their staff says goes, laughed at him then hung up. I can only hope that Charlie Millers have been training their staff on customer service skills as well as diversity awareness since those days. Like I said, I make no comment on the quality of their actual work.
