-they usually offer caramel wax but a new lady has joined that does honey and chocolate waxing (and she is so lovely!)-much less painful (however it is still painful-we suffer for beauty ;) - but because the chocolate is moisturising it feels better quicker and is less painful
I love the staff-so professional
The place is super clean and modern in design
It is pricey... GBP40 for a brazilian with honey and chocolate BUT it is worth it - it lasts a long time and i have seen a reduction in hair as the years have gone by
i would recommend this place to anyone!

I bought the groupon voucher - and in the T&Cs it said I would be treated like a normal member-well...
when i walked in, i have NEVER been to the gym before-they did not make me sign any indemnity form NOR did they show me around their gym
it also clearly states NO groupon voucher holder can use a free towel (WTF)-it DID NOT say this online...-im here trying out an experience and u dont give me a towel..really..does it cost u that much to wash an extra towel...really...
it also says i cannot try out any clasess...what is the point of buying full access gym vouchers when i cant access the full gym
anyhow..after the very uninterested staff member lets me in and grunts me away, i wander upstairs and i am hit with a smell of a wet dog mixed with a stinking arm pit smell.
There were very few machines, there were no staff on the ground to show me anything, there were no time limits during peak so a woman sat on a machine chilling for 20 minutes..after i asked her how long she would be she snuffed and said a while...
i had another 9 vouchers to use, i disregarded all of them
This is a DISGUSTING gym and the people who work there need to BIG push on customer service if they want to attract new users-im a sucker for good service...treat me well and im loyal-u lost out on some cash-and from i hear, your gym chain needs it
