Booked my 8 yr old daughter's birthday party for Laserquest .... with six weeks notice. Rang on the required day to confirm party and numbers only to be told that they had double booked! I was extremely angry and the girl decided she had better check the bookings again....whereupon she realised the other 'party' hadn't even paid so could be cancelled! So glad I called to confirm otherwise in all probability we would have got there on the day to find no party.
The party actually went really well and the staff were very helpful and polite, but I'm not sure I'd risk booking one there again.
