Oxford Backpackers n'est qu'à deux minutes à pied de la station de bus et de la gare, ce qui est pratique pour les voyageurs qui ont un sac lourd, et aussi si l'on veut explorer un peu la région et faire des excursions à la journée. http://www.hostelbookers.com/hostels/england/oxford/3676/ Cette auberge de jeunesse est aussi située non loin à pied de tout ce qu'il y a à voir à Oxford, et propose des lits bon marché en dortoirs, ainsi que la possibilité de cuisiner sur place, un salon et un bar animé qui reste ouvert tard le soir. Le petit-déjeuner et l'accès internet sont aussi inclus dans le prix, qui défie toute concurrence, même si l'on peut obtenir un tarif encore plus avantageux en restant une semaine ou plus.

L'hebergement se trouve dans des dortoirs pas chers et sociables, qui ont des casiers individuels pour chaque client. Elle est très proche des sites du centre-ville et des bâtiments universitaires historiques, et comme il n'y a pas de couvre-feu, les invités peuvent aussi sortir en soirée. Les chambres en dortoir ne dépassent pas les six personnes et il y a un bar, une cuisine bien équipée, un restaurant, une table de billard et un salon, le tout sur place. Il y a aussi un très bon petit déjeuner d'inclus dans le prix.
