I had an appointment for a massage booked today with Kirsty at Timeless Beauty for 1pm, I turned up for the appointment having to wait outside for 20minutes in the cold and then being let in by the builder to be told there was no-one there. I am not impressed and very annoyed as I have wasted an afternoon. I had an email at the weekend confirming my appointment and a text in the morning. I would not recommend this salon.
IKK I received no telephone call or messages – this I stated to Kirsty when she offered me a complimentary treatment after the event. The only message I received was the confirmation text for my treatment in the morning. I have no desire to book with an unreliable service.
