I don’t usually bother with writing reviews, but I just had to write about my physio Noelene because she was just so fantastic.
Previously my experience with physiotherapy had been underwhelming. I saw Noelene after my orthopaedic consultant recommended her to me, and feel very lucky to have found her.
My knee problem had been grumbling along for over 18 months, but with some very simple exercises (which I had to stick to religiously for 3 months) my knee improved to 100% - no pain at all on stairs now!
The thing that Noelene was really good at was making sure I really understand the diagnosis and the treatment plan… everything made sense after that.
I am so grateful - this is my thank you.
