When I joined the 37 degrees Tower Bridge I made it perfectly clear that I was only interested in a short term membership (the duration of which I specified to JJ Bird, who helped me subscribe). Not once did he mention that there is a one-month cancellation policy. Of course it was in the T&Cs which I stupidly didn't pay enough attention to, but I find it totally deceitful not to inform the customer when they are so clear about the time frame (I would be moving out of the area after that). Now I have to pay for two extra months that I haven't used the gym at all, absolutely ridiculous !!

All through my membership they only communicated to trick me into arranging PT sessions and of course in the end to collect the cash, while no one had ever asked how I was going on with my programme when I was at the gym, not even a friendly chat to acknowledge that the customer is actually there. Shame, because the facilities are so nice.
