  Appalling! Communication is terrible. I have to constantly remind them of what services still need to be done. On average, the length of time for a repair to take place is 6-8 months!!! and that’s if you are lucky to get it done. The charges they charge are ridiculous, and some charges we were not informed about. I can’t wait for my lease to end!!!
