Overcharged!!!! Was told that the difference between 1st class and 2nd class was only 5p and encouraged to buy 1st class, which I foolishly did on their advice! On my return home, checked the prices on the royalmail website to see I had been outright lied to. The 2nd class was significantly cheaper and as a result I am left out of pocket. Can't be trusted I'm afraid.
