I have only ordered flowers on the phone from this shop, but I have to say they are amazing.
The customer service was out of this world, they helped me choose flowers for a hard to please person, they delivered fresh, long lasting flowers and were helpful to the person they delivered to.
Great!

A great furniture shop at great prices. It’s a family run shop for a over twenty odd years (if not more) offering exceptional customer service.
The service you get is very personal, and they are very professional in their approach. Any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively.
My mother in law had her sofa for over 20 years from there and only recently bought a new one; it was in great condition still and now sits in my friends home!
We bought a fabulous oversized sofa.
Currently they are offering some fab deals so if you need furniture make this your first stop. We went to several other places and when I walked in feel in love with the sofa we now have! I will be going this week to seek a new dining table.
MissRachelle I have just heard back from the owners and they are not closing down… so great deals will keep on coming!

Great hairdressers. They really look after their cliets from offering drinks to a relaxing scalp massage during hair wash time.
They take a lot of time to sort out what you want and to study your hair type.
The products smell yummy and they explain all the products they use and why.
The prices vary; and you get a great cut just by using junior staff. Definately worth a trip to!

Great for personal service and care. This beats most chemists in the area as they take time to understand your medical problem are helpful and great with all the family.
They sell most things a normal chemist sell, and some at very competitive prices.
The queues are always short and the waiting time for your prescription is always short. Well worth supporting your local chemists!
nat1985 Great pharmacy only one let down that one of the staff is very rude, she is very intimidating and if i was elderly or vulnerable i wouldnt use this place just because of her!

Brillaint book shop, the best in town in my opinion.
There is a vast selection of books and if they havent got they will try and get it for you. The staff know their lit! They are helpful and have great alternative suggestions for books they dont stock.
There have good offers on all books through out the year.
A life to get upstairs, although I do find it a bit claustrophic in there.

It is a cheap cheap shop! lots of things, but very small and no room for buggies or children.
You can definately pick up a bargin if you look. The staff are always busy and over worked so they are not overly helpful. However if you get past the boxes and the under staffing you may get a bargin. Alternatively head to the one in South Woodham Ferrers.

This pub has a very good reputation for Sunday lunches.
It is always very busy and the food is popular. If you are taking children make sure you take your own boaster seat just in case, as when we went all the highchairs were in use (the only have 2 or3) and it was a pain - hence the rating.
The toilets were clean and the prices were reasonable. The sunday lunch was large, but I didnt really enjoy it. The gravy was not hot enough and very thin and the plates were big but the portions were not.
However eating during the week, I have found the food to be far superior. Worth a chance!

A great little shop for any budding or professional muscian.
The staff are great and really helpful and can play the instruments which is great to watch from a complete novious like myself.
I went to buy a keyboard for my husband as he used to play semi-professionally and they were really helpful and I could not fault them at all.

Fantastic sarnwich bar. Situated behind the main high street, well worth the trek to find it.
The staff are great, especially the manager. It is a very social place, even though it is super tiny, and generally a small queue which is worked through quickly.
They offer different types of breads and rolls and everthing is made up fresh infront of your eye, whatever combo you want!
They also sell drinks, crisps, chocolate and hot drinks. Since stopping working in town I must admit I miss their prawn sarnies… delicious.
TK Maxx - Chelmsford
C Chelmer Village Retail Park, Chelmer Village Way, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 6XE

TK Maxx is situated at the Chelmer Village Retail Park and offers a selction of men’s, woman’s and children’s designer clothes at a fraction of the cost.
They also sell handbags, smellies, some furniture, bits and pieces of bedding, towels, toys, cook wear and shoes.
The toy section has now been moved downstairs, which from my point of view makes it easier as a parent to ensure the little ones dont tumble down the stairs. The down side now is the womans section is upstairs!
There is a lot to choose from and if you take your time you may well find a bargin. You do often get a lot of clothes in one size so not a great selection of size ranges.
At times the shop is cluttered or messy, but I guess with a high turn over of stock you have to expect that.
The staff are usually too busy or dont know what to do help and the queues at the checkout (or returns) are quite long.
Worth a look if you like to find a bargin!
