I was recommended to sams by the RAC to sort a cold start problem out . They changed our spark plugs, wires, caps and rotor arm. They didnt test drive it and gave my car back. When i drove my car away ten Minutes later the car started to jerk and broke down. Sams offered to tow us back to their garage but after 3 long hours they coundnt sort the problem out that i felt was caused by them. My car didnt jerk or brake down before. I took the car to pitstop in sleaford they sorted the problem out within the hour. They changed my distibutor and my car was fine. If sam caused the problem i dont know. I do know after 3hours they coundn't tell me what was wrong. I also had to witness two members of staff having an arugement which i think was a little unprofessional in front of paying customers. Overall I liked their towing service but would i woundn't bring my car back to their garage.
