Although Primark is great for bargain hunters the Primark in Brimingham City Centre can be really hectic (at thats on the weekdays!) The store is very chaotic and not set in the best layout….there are definately better stores elsewhere! That said it is great for high street fashion at low prices, with some fantastic copy items that you would see in places like Topshop but for a fraction of the price!

Although they can be quite pricey I really like all the products that the Body Shop release and they make great gifts! I always buy there giftsets for christmas and birthday presents and they all smell lovely!
They’ll leave you feeling and looking a million dollars!

An amazing buffet style chinese restaurant, so there is something there for everyone! Reasonable priced and friendly staff, the food is always superb and the portion sizes are generous.
It can be quite noisy because it is a very popular places especially for large parties of people but that all adds to the fun!
There are extensive dishes to choose from, atleast 50 plus different things to try.
Definately recommended!

Faith footwear in Touchwood, Solihull is a really nice shoeshop with pleasant and helpful staff! The shoes are great and the new mens range they have brought out is better than i expected it to be!
The sales are always brilliant and they bring out old stock which means if you missed it the first time round there’s always a chance of getting it another time!
Its a nice environment but the shop is a little on the small side so can be hectic when sales are on or on busy weekends/ holiday periods.

A lovely clean shopping centre that is not too big so there is plenty of time in the day to get round all of the shops!
Parking can be an issue especially near christmas and on weekends so its quite handy to know your way around solihull’s carparks to avoid the hassle!
It’s always really festive around the christmas period with a lovely big christmas tree and even a santa’s grotto for the children!
As well as all the highstreet shops there are also independent make-up, bag, and toy stalls throughout the centre.

A lovely family library with a great childrens area brilliant for letting the children sit in comfort reading whilst you look for your own books!
Staff are helpful and friendly and there is a lot of brilliant books that are easy to find and well organised!

A really great family day out, with an interesting insight into the world of chocolate making. The factory has been there for years and is a proud part of Brummy history! At various points throughout the tour you can sample some of the produce but the free bars have somewhat dwindled in later years. There is a brilliant bargain area in the shop at the end of the tour which is great for party treats etc and the cadbury bean ride is great fun for all!

Gorgeous location right next to the canal…perfect for warm summer evenings with a glass of wine relaxing in the company of your friends.
Located in Brindley Place is definately one of the classier establishments Birmingham has to offer and its nicely set just far enough away from the noise of the Bullring and borders Broad Street without being particularly associated with it!
There is a wide range of cocktails so something there for everyone! A great atmosphere!

Having recently moved from the Pavillions Centre to the Bullring the Disney Store is a great visit for children and those who are really big kids at heart too! I can still remember spending hours looking longingly at toys in there when i was a child and its the same now when i take my nieces. The magic of Disney is sure to bring a smile to anyones face, and with a happy store like this full of caring professional staff who make it a pleasure to visit its definately an enjoyable trip!

Cannon Hill Park is a fantastic place for all the family! if you just fancy getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city then this is a lovely place to gather your family for a warm summer picnic.
Come autumn you can go and watch the beautiful firework display held in the park which is always a big even filled with smiling faces and incredible fireworks.
The park is beautifully kept and caters for running,cycling,walking,playing and even boating. A great getaway to forget about your troubles.
