What a poor company Hancocks are. I have been lied to, not had calls returned, had to wait over a month to get the hot water boiler repaired and now waiting to get my deposit returned, now three weeks. Richard Hancock defends his company from the inside and while people who are not happy with their dealings with Hancocks may seem be in the minority or do not know how to post a review, Richard should take note of more or less the same complaints posted here. It does seem strange that the people you are trying to contact at Hancocks are off sick or on holiday most of the time.

LPW1234 I spoke to Richard Hancock after posting this review, he was apologetic and promised to look into matters and get back to me before the end of the day. Guess what? no return call from Richard, need I say any more.

mrsigo glad some else says the same, i tried to contact them today and said person was out the office, but I could hear him in the background.
