A really friendly and convinient laundromat. The staff are always around to help with any problems and the machines are easy to use and can take a big load of washing. There are also refreshments and sitting areas to relax in whilst waiting for your washing, and a pool table if your feeling active!

Great £6.50 box meals, really good value for money!! And great tasteing food in general =D

They have the most amazing cakes ever!!
Me and my often friends love going here for an indulgent treat. It is a quaint tea room, with outdoor and indoor seating and is open all year round.
I would definitly recommend the fishfinger/club sandwhich, and the works hot chocolate (with marshmellows, cream and choc flake) is a must! And best of all if you fill up on your lunch then the staff will happily provide you with a box and bag to take your cake home in =)
They are very reasonably priced, considering the quality of the food and quatity.
Although they can get very busy on the weekends. But even if you do have to sit outside, they now have blankets and hot water bottles to keep away the chill =D
Parking outside is pretty easy, and you can always finish your lunch with a game of golf!?!

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and brilliant head massage – i have nothing but appraisal for this salon! =D
I have been visiting this salon for the past two years (after moving to portsmouth to study at uni) and will miss it greatly when I finish my course next year and have to move back home!
They do a wonderful job at cutting your hair exactly how you want it and are also reasonably priced (espeacially with the bonus student discount).

I was recommended this restaurant by a friend who goes there regularly and despite only ever ordering takeaways from this resaturant I have NEVER been disappointed!
They have really good set menus, that are very well priced for the amount of food that you get. I usually order a takeaway on fri/sat night and despite being the restaurants busiest nights the food is always of a good standard.
You also get a free bottle of complimentry wine when you spend over £40, so great for a night in with your friends!!
Im looking forward to visiting this restaurant (for a sit-in meal) in the near future =)

One of my most favourite indian restaurants!!
Ive only been living in Portsmouth for two years on and off (being a student) and I visit this indian at least once a month.
The food is impeccable and the staff are extremely friendly and funny! The 20% student discount also makes it very affordable for us students.
Im looking forward to getting back to Portsmouth after the summer and having a reunion curry with my friends at this gem of a restaurant. =)

The best kebab I have ever been to!!
It's clean, not too highly priced, with quick service and best of all the kebabs are NOT dripping with fat! The pizzas are also really nice and there are loads of toppings to choose from. They even sometimes have a great deal of 2 for 1 pizzas, so worth asking if you go.
Despite this the staff could sometimes be just a tad bit friendlier, but this is just a minor judgement.

Ever since I moved to cuffley 6 years ago I have frequently visited the sonar bangla with my partner, family and friends, and the food has always been excellent. The staff are also very welcoming and polite, and the specials on the menu are always worth a try!
The only minor criticism I would have is that the quality of food can decline if you order a takeaway on a friday/saturday night, and I have had to return to the restaurant after realising that some dishes were missing! However this usually occurs because it is so busy, so I would advise getting an early table/takeaway if planning to have a curry at the weekend.
I am going to the bangla next week for a friends birthday and cannot wait to visit this accomplished restaurant once again!! =)
