I found Ora after my previous regular stylist moved away... I tried a few places in the vicinity and, although some of them were decent enough, I never felt the rapport you really want with a stylist if you're going to be a long term customer.  And then I happened upon Massimo!  As well as being an extremely experienced and talented stylist, he really listens and is very skilled in working with your hairs' own natural inclinations, which makes life a lot easier when it comes to styling it yourself at home.  He also makes clever suggestions as to what will best suit your face or make you look younger.

My first appointment was 2 hours long - and this was just for a cut and blow dry - so I knew that he was totally committed to getting it right and I never felt rushed at all, or like I had to fit into some allocated timeslot.

I have since been back three more times and now I place myself entirely in his hands knowing that he will make my hair look its best.  There are cheaper stylists around but Massimo is well worth the extra few pounds - after all, your hair is on show everyday so why would you spend less on it than you would on a good pair of jeans for example?

Also to note - I have extremely thick hair which has stumped many a stylist in the past.  But having a fair amount of hair himself, Massimo is unfazed by this and does an awesome blow dry.

He, and everyone else I have come across in Ora, is extremely friendly and personable, creating a very relaxed yet efficient environment.
