Just been looking through some reviews of letting companies with a friend of mine who is looking for somewhere to rent and it made me realise how great Extra Mile Letting is so I felt prompted to submit a review :) Extra Mile have been letting my apartment for me since I moved out 18 months ago - their rates are fair and they take good care of my flat and of my tenant. They contact me promptly with queries from the tenant and action repairs etc quickly. I have it on good authority from my former neighbours that the tenant is very happy there. I'm impressed by the personal and honest service that they provide.
