Thank you for the excellent, no fuss, no hassle, complication free service. There were no ‘deals’ no ‘sales packages’ no ‘sweeteners’, just honest to goodness, straightforward customer centred salesmanship.

From the moment I stepped into your store I was impressed with your product knowledge and plain speaking; with the way in which you advised me and demonstrated the machine. It was obvious to me that I’d not find better advice or service anywhere and that the product was what I sensibly needed.

Since you delivered my machine (on the same day as purchased – where else can one find service like that!) it has performed just as you said it would. What’s more, it’s easy to use.

I am old enough to remember a country where the kind of service you offered last week wasn’t all that unusual. Nowadays under the influence of the ‘sell em owt & rip em off culture’ where no one can be bothered to put themselves out, it was such a breath of fresh air to be well treated and sold something I wanted with the guaranteed back-up of your family business. Who needs bits of paper when all one needs is integrity. A word few people would understand these days, let alone be able to spell.

So what more can I say except a very big thank you. I’ll not hesitate to tell other people about your business. Just as someone recommended I visit your shop. The news does get around.

Un sure of what fire to buy we went to Acorn Heating who advised us of the best option. They turned up on time, did an excellent job and tidied up after themselves. The builder came first thing the following morning to finish off the work and he too did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend Acorn to everybody. They will not sell you the most expensive fire, they will sell you the one to meet your needs. Excellent price and service.

Myself, daughter and partner have been taking our cars to East Coast for years to be serviced, have their MOTs and for any problems. The service is excellent and the charges are so much cheaper than alot of the other motor dealers. Dave will not doing anywork without consulting you first and will only carry out & charge you for the necessary work, something which I nearly paid for at another dealer. If you need anything doing to your car, use east Coast Autos, they are first class.

My first visit in here today and will cetainly be coming back. A very good selection of really funny cards along with the tradtional. They also sell balloons and party accessories and gifts for those special ocassions. The breakable money pots are absolutely fab and there are so many to choose from. If you need that 'different' gift or card you MUST call in here

There was a fantastic range and choice of everything. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend K & A Bathrooms to everybody. Well worth a visit

My first visit today and what a fantastic litttle shop. I would recommend everybody to call in and guarantee you'll end up buying something. It was great to fine specialist ingredients at such low prices. The range of fresh sandwiches were excellent too and they were all only £1. You must go in.
