Oakley Surgery has gone drastically downhill since Dr MacBrayne retired several years ago. Once a brilliant family practice, it’s now difficult to get an appointment, the doctors aren’t particularly good at actually diagnosing what’s wrong with you (their job surely?) and some of the surgery staff (with the exception of some of the receptionists who try their best) are abrubt and unhelpful bordering on being rude. A recent debacle that ensued following a simple request to the doctor on my behalf is the final straw for me and I am currently looking to enrol with another doctor.
