Down in Bury St Edmunds visiting family took my disabled wife over the festive period. Opened the door and was offered a two seater in the front window area. Waiter moved chair and gestured for me then he took notice of my wife and quickly closed the offered table and directed us to a table right round the back away from the public. Never felt such a second class citizen. My wife is disabled but still enjoys a curry. My wife has movement problems and split her drink (large coke) while the waiter was at the table. He just turned and walked away leaving her embarrassed and me to clean the table. We were left with the table dripping wet while eating our main course. Spoke to the ‘manager’ at the end of the meal and explained I was not happy with the overall customer experience as my wife and I had been felt to feel like 2nd class citizens.
NO APOLOGY – Just fobbed off. – WILL NEVER RETURN

Chicken Poori (pure, on the menu) = BLAND

Was approached during the meal and asked if everything was okay – pointed out about the portion sizes and blandness of the curries. No replacements offered and usual fobbed off.
