Villa Penny is superb. Quite one of the best appartments we've stayed in, anywhere. Dimitris and his family are wonderfully kind and welcoming.

We went in 2009 and are hoping to revisit in 2012 - very unusual for us as I say life's too short to visit the same place twice: but not in this case. Kokkari had everything we needed and the walk down (and back up) is fine.

Do walk up to Vourliotis, where there's a great taverna beyond the group clustered around the square, and try to get to Ephesus.

We went with Sunvil, who always do us proud.

I'm really hooked! There's the right mix of dances from the week before and new stuff to build confidence.

Wahida knows her stuff and is very motivating. The music, too, is exhilerating - a great mix of Latin and Middle East. I find myself humming it the next day.

The class is fast and fun, but there's no shame if you have to sit out the odd dance.

The atmosphere is very welcoming, so don't hesitate to come on your own.
