Very disappointed. My husband enjoys fine food and we eat out often. But after telling staff he didn't enjoy his meal, they were rude and argumentative. We were treated like we were trying to pull a con and get some money off our bill, when my husband had actually found the meat to be tough and just about inedible. Will never go back and think this company need to retrain their staff to show customers a bit of respect and remember where their incomes comes from.

Lovely B&B with a warm welcome for families. Spent 2 nights here in Nov 2012, in a very comfortable family room with bunkbeds for the kids. The owners were relaxed about our boisterous children, the decor was clean and modern, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We'll definitely go back another time. It's just a short walk from the Pleasure Beach.

AVOID this agency like the plague. My husband and I trusted them to let our property while we lived abroad. He had taken a huge promotion, and I was expecting our first child when we moved away, so we weren't exactly keeping a close eye on things. Our mistake. A tenant actually did a runner, owing five months of rent. We were disgusted. How the hell did they not realise this person hadn't paid rent for almost HALF A YEAR?!! My husband had to negotiate a financial settlement with Letting Solutions, who never apologised or gave any explanation about how this happened.
