Well worth it, so much care, detail and attention into the task at hand.

They really understand that a tat is for life not just for xmas!!!

Disgraceful!!!!

I went there when they were empty, sat waiting for 15 mins when my stylist strolled passed me and started to serve customers off the street products.

I then approached the till to explain i hadn’t time to wait when it was indicated to me that the woman serving products was my stylist.

We then went to the chair and she sat next to me (which I did not see the need for as i already explained I had to get on with the cut) on proceeding the conversation it came to light she could not even do a simple cut and shape up and a fade.

She did try to get someone else but I simply replied I had no time left and that is why i made it clear on the phone when booking my appointment what I actually wanted ( which clearly made no difference)

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MariaHorswell Why would you assume I am a mum!! How would this cheer me up! I am pleased I had that experience as it ticks off a incapable company off my list i.e will never make that mistake again!
