shocking hotel..whats worse, is that the restaurant closes early in the evening..! there is no atmosphere, bad decor and staff who look jet lagged and have the hump with the world..

airport is fine, easy to navigate and modern. recommend you dont travel with Flybe though...moody, arrogant and completely non customer focused.. no wonder they are struggling..!

utterly beautiful setting..wrecked by tardy, dated and tired hotel. desperately needs refurb..! staff are sadly lacking warmth, charm or quality of service. such a crying shame. management should be ashamed..! they are reliant on image and setting, but forget that peoples poor experience means they dont return for a second time.. bet its not making the money it could so easily make…

love this restaurant..simply stunning service, food, ambience and atmosphere.

very nice friendly place next to ice rink. wooden interior filled with rustic charm. good food, and very polite friendly staff.

its ok. but beware, it takes a very long time for the food to arrive.. think i am joking? keep an eye on your watch…who knows what goes on in the kitchen

i like M&S a lot… but this store is very poor on menswear especially suits. in addition, had a cappuccino in their cafe today and it was tepid. such a shame.. the local mgt need to fix the customer experience quickly.
