Ugh. Used to love this place but went this evening and it was awful. Cocktail prices have increased by £2-3 while the glasses have gotten smaller. My entire glass of wine was spilled while waiting for my change at the bar. I asked kindly but the bartender wouldn't even top up my glass a little bit; said he'd have to charge me full price again even though I didn't have a sip of the first one before it got knocked over. Not at all impressed. In summary: Over-priced, always a long queue at the bar for drinks, never anywhere to sit, full of tourists and rubbish customer service. 

paulkohler Thank you for your review which did concern me as, even though it was you that spilt your drink over another customer, we still should have offered to refill your glass as it was a simple accident. So I do apologise for that and would be happy for you to have a complimentary glass of wine on your next visit. That said however please note we have NOT reduced the size of the glasses and the cocktail prices have remained the same for over a year and are only £1 more than when we first opened five years ago!

MissyJ Publically blaming your customer after they complain about a bad experience at your establishment is not exactly the most saavy PR move. Thanks for proving my point about your bad customer service!

okay place. coffee is good, but they blast the radio, which makes it kind of annoying to hang out in. beautiful photos on the wall though! could really be a great place with a few slight changes (nicer staff, softer music!)

amazing pizza! cheap prices and nice staff. also serve coffee, desserts, alcohol, and have free wifi too. be sure to try the chocolate pizza, ymmmm!

real shame about this place; super cute inside and great coffee, but the staff are so rude!!

cafe_vintage Really sorry that you found the staff rude on the day you came in, that shouldnt have happened and we really push for anyone working with us to treat our customers with respect.

Hope that if you do ever come in again you have a better experience, we’ve got lots of different regular customers who could vouch thats its usually a lovely place for a quite coffee or to meet friends.

Glad you liked the coffee and decor anyway!
