I have been to this 'steakhouse' on a number of occasions and can say that my experience has been identical each time, DISAPPOINTING.
Before I elaborate I will mention the sole positive. The burgers at this place are good and one cannot find fault in them. However this establishment is a steakhouse and it is the steak which is truly awful.
I always have my steak done medium. However the steak here is first flattened before cooking (unlike most traditional steaks), and served on a sizzler which overcooks it before being finally topped onions and doused in a sauce of your choice In the end you are left with a rubbery overcooked flat piece of meat, which is tasteless and dry, not a medium steak which is flavorsome and pink/red in the center. A traditional steak is now available, however i was told by staff that they did not have any in stock.
Comparing this establishment to other steakhouses the quality of and cuts of the meat are also of an inferior quality and the juices are from concentrate. The quality and taste of the food does not warrant the price. Therefore if you are hoping to eat a proper steak, the way it is meant to be prepared avoid this 'steakhouse'.
