We booked the Revitalising Package via Groupon. When we arrived we found they had treble booked our prebooked slot and refused to refund our monies. They suggested we contact Groupon direct for a refund.
Whilst waiting to speak to the proprietor another client arrived who had experienced the same problem on more than one occasion. It appears that this is a regular occurrence as there seems to be no co-ordination with the booking system.
Maybe this salon is one to be missed as there are plenty of others out there who are more customer orientated and would welcome your business.
