I don't know where to start about this garage! As i had a family member who used to help them out I used them for anything that ever went wrong with my car for over 15 years (will never give these hoods another penny).

I left my car to to be fix around 3 weeks ago, a number off things needed fixed to get the car ready for the MOT, exhaust & brakes etc needed fixed. 1st off the price was not correct which they quoted (+ I was quoted around 40% cheaper with another garage who a friend works for but as i always used Glengormley Car Care so I stuck by them & give them the work).

Cut a long story short, got the car fixed (as i thought) & took to up for MOT & guess what? FAILED on the brakes & exhaust. So took it back down, car was fixed again, no fault of theres off course (they only done the work!!!) & off i went, Guess what next? THE BRAKE FLUID was removed & none put back in (I could have been killed, I still can't believe they did this) so got on the phone & they didnt seem very bothered about there shabby work so i give in & took the car upto my friend & he couldn't believe the things they done. The exhaust that was meant to be replaced by Glengormley Car Care was wielded up & never replaced at all even though this is what i paid to be done + what they did with the brakes as i wrote earlier in this thread.

I honestly can't get over how bad this garage has really got, Yes i agree with other posts this USED to be a good garage but not no more. If you are lucky enough to read this PLEASE BE AWARE OF GLENGORMLEY CAR CARE if you ever use them again. I cannot stress enough, find someone else or even make have a go at fixing the problems yourself as i would say anybody even without the experience they are meant to have, you could do a better job yourself (& more than likely a safer 1).
