A very nice Indian restaurant. The menu has a wider range than the standard curry house, and all the dishes were very good. The Sunday ‘banquet’ deal is good value for money. Prices generally are reasonable. The staff were attentive and pleasant.

A perfectly fine chippy. Not the best in the world, but a long way from the worst. A decent selection of food, freshly cooked.

Lunchtime food is ok: quite nice and plenty of it. The atmosphere is terrible, though: definitely an empty nightclub.

Nice cakes in large portions. Wide selection of ice creams. Decent paninis for a light lunch. Quite small, so it could get busy on touristy days. A nice place.

Very nice village pub. Good pub grub, friendly staff, real ales on tap.

A fairly wide selection of food: indian, chinese, mexican, with a few others thrown in. None of the food is excellent, but it's mostly good. Do have the chocolate brownies for pudding, though! Child friendly, and most dietary needs should find something. Booking ahead is a good idea.

Superb kebabs. Standard chippy fare is good too.

Very impressed. The food was excellent, the service was quick and friendly even though they were very busy. Reasonably priced. Friendly atmosphere. Child friendly, including having a selection of board games to borrow. We'll be going back!
