My experience of Novotel is through its conference and meeting facilities. The engineering society I belong to use Novotel as our Cardiff venue for technical lectures and presentations, as treasurer I deal regularly with the staff and have always found them polite, helpful and efficient. There are variety of rooms available to accommodate meetings of various sizes and rates are negotiable if a series of events are planned.
A full range of equipment such as projectors and video recorders is available, at extra cost. On arrival the name of the room the meeting is taking place in is clearly advertised in the foyer and a lift is very conveniently situated. The room is always laid out as required and clean and tidy and all requested materials and equipment ready and waiting. A wide variety of refreshments and buffets can be pre-arranged.

This is the place to go if you have a Volvo, Mercedes or similar. I have both a Volvo 940 estate and a Mercedes van, the savings I have made buying parts here as opposed to the from the main dealers has been immense, they saved me over £300 on the flywheel and clutch for my van alone.

Excellent range of parts and accessories. Helpful and friendly staff, who are willing to ensure you have the correct parts. If you phone be prepared to hang on for them to answer as the shop is always so busy.

Very helpful and friendly staff, have most parts in stock. However the range of makes they stock parts for is mainly European and Japanese, so phone before calling there.

Used to be one of the best trade/DIY stores about, sadly no longer the case. A wide range of goods used to be stocked making it suitable for both the professional and DIY customer, however the focus now seems to be on selling kitchens and conservatories.
