GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Called in here on a sentimental journey back to Yorkshire with my family to see where I grew up 45 years ago. After 2 rude encounters with shop staff at take away food outlets on the street, the staff here at Clarks made us so welcome. My daughter purchased a pair of trainers for her son and was pleased with the sale price. The staff were friendly / helpful / interested in us and our journey and were a shining example of what customer service should be like!!

Called in here on a sentimental journey back to Yorkshire from the Midlands with 5 members of my family to see where I grew up 45 years ago. Bought us all a pasty on a bitterly cold day, all hot and lovely except one which was stone cold as my daughter found when taking her first bite; so I went back in the shop and explained. Oh did you not want it cold? the staff asked.
What planet is she on then? does anyone really eat cold pasties?
