Had a mixture of service, sometimes good, but generally poor. Some drivers are great, and polite, but then others are making mistakes themselves, but blaming others, and even had one guy who must have swore at least 10 times in one journey which isn't professional nor pleasant (all the while he wasn't wearing a seatbelt, which is against the law).

 The worst bit was when I had to wait an hour for a taxi. The firm got a postcode and then repeated back the streetname which was correct, all was well. The driver got lost so we called back up, they asked for the postcode and they got one letter wrong, easy, forgive able mistake. But instead of an apology all I got back was a barrage of accusations saying I gave the completely the wrong postcode and of course they couldn't find us (the streetname they had was correct though.)

So in general good value, most of the drivers are nice guys, call centre staff rude, accusing and arrogant.

Visited Naples recently and stayed at this hotel. I didn't expect the world, but this hotel felt like it thought it was the best. It's decorated poorly, as if it was decorated 30 years ago, such uncomfortable beds, and the staff (who were extremely polite and no fault to them) were wearing bow ties and tuxedos in a restaurant that was basic really, it was far too over the top for the hotel.

The bar prices were expensive. €2 for a can of Coca Cola or €5 for a bad beer. Another problem for a hotel that apparently has wi if is that it was always down if more than 2 people were using it, and as it was full of students all the time with smart phones or iPads or laptops, this was pretty much all the time!

Big fan of Earl of Sandwich in Florida and on a trip to London was excited to have one in England. What a disappointment it was. My girlfriend had a tuna melt and it was so sweet it just tasted horrible and I had a full montaghu and there was just no flavour to it. Staff seemed a bit disinterested to be there, and the place was dead (I wonder whether there was a reason for that?). If you've eaten at Orlandos chain, don't expect the same here.

Great sandwiches, and with the other fast food places in downtown Disney it can't be beaten. As has been said you may have to wait, but the wait is worth it for these sandwiches. If you have tried Earl of Sandwich in London and were disappointed (like I was) don't be put off this place, it is so much better!

Sushi is very nice here and considering its made fresh not too expensive (especially when comparing quality too tesco, or value when comparing to waitrose). It's relatively small, and not somewhere really to eat in. The manager was extremely helpful and polite as well.

Been here many times and have had mostly positive experiences. Their is always something on the menu which is lovely such as the spit roast chicken, but the specials menu is where I usually go to as there is always something I want to try on there. As I have said I have mostly had positive experiences there has been a few issues. Once a new waitress spilled drinks over me and my brother, and while that not being a bother (I did work as a waiter for 6 years and know the pressures!) the lack of any communication from a manger or even apology until confronted was very poor. Also only once have I had a meal where I have been disappointed. It was a swordfish meal from the specials and it was dry and had no flavour.

Overall though been very impressed and would still go back!

I went here for a meal for my Birthday, and after travelling towards Liverpool and realising we couldn't make it on time due to traffic from a crash, we rang up and the staff were both polite and flexible. When we got there we were seated right away from a polite waitress and were felt welcome.

The atmosphere was very lively and even though it was packed it was lovely to get a table by the window. We shared a starter of calamari and honestly it was the best calamari I've ever tried with a lovely mayonnaise. Also when the starter arrived the waitress was apologetic for the wait when there wasn't even one! It had literally felt like 5 minutes. The best thing about the whole experience though was the main. A scallop pasta cooked in squid ink is possibly one of the best meals I've ever had, hands down.

Finally a note about the value, for the quality and type of food you get it is very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
