would NOT recommend this salon if you want to get what you ask for. I requested a brazillian wax. About half way through what was the most painful I’ve ever had (think up to three attempts, tugging on your skin, to successfully remove the wax strips) and I’ve had some bad ones before, I thought “this isn’t going to be symmetrical” and looked down to see she’d done a hollywood instead. When I questioned this, she tried to make an excuse saying that they were the same thing even though the prices are different. When I complained to the manager at the end, he just laughed and said the best he could do was a 10% discount. So much for customer service!! If you went in to get your hair trimmed, you might risk coming out with it all shaved off. Whilst it might seem good value compared to others locally, it depends how much you want to gamble on your beautician. I certainly won’t be going again.
