RCW600's Qype profile

As with others here, I have found the service appalling. I ordered an item (luckily fairly cheap) 3 weeks ago in plently of time for Christmas and it is still showing as "awaiting packing" on their order tracker, even though payment was taken the day I ordered it. They do not reply to emails or answer the phone. I will be contacting my credit card provider for a refund and hopefully they will charge the company accordingly or better still prevent them taking credit card payments in future. I strongly suspect the two positive reviews below were planted by this bunch of thieves pretending to operate a legitimate kitchen supplies business.
