quite a rundown place, although has plenty of potential and if it had some work done to it then it would be fantastic!

Small yet tidy ground, home to the mighty Blyth Spartans. Fantastic atmosphere for such a small club with thousands of supporters!

Netto - Blyth
cowpen road, Blyth, Northumberland NE24 5EZ

Fantastic shop! When these shops first opened they were referred to as pikey shops, however more and more people use shops like these as they charge less than supermarkets and on most occasions are cheaper than even the supermarkets own brands.
Nettos in Blyth is located near the fire station, it is a very big store well laid out, always well stocked, has free parking and is always very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help you!
Hair Factory - Blyth
1 Plessey Avenue, Blyth, Northumberland NE24 3JR
28-01-2009
The Hair factory is on Plessey road. It is fairly small but a lovely little place to go. The staff are friendly, they listen and respect your wishes and the prices are very reasonable … better still they cut in a straight line unlike other hairdressers in this area. They even cut babies hairs again something that most hairdressers refuse to do. A fantastic place, I will return every time!
Tyred & Exhausted - Blyth
Plessey Road, Blyth, Northumberland NE24 3LU
28-01-2009
Every year it is a panic when the car is due for MOT … I sit and panic that it is going to fail and cost a fortune to repair or will break whilst it is being tested. The guys at Tyred and exhausted ease some of that. From the minute you walk in they are friendly and you know your car will be in fantastic capable hands from the minute you walk in! Prices are very reasonable for everything. They even do a special MOT deal for OAP’s! how good is that!
Ethel Austin - Blyth
40 Regent Street, Blyth, Northumberland NE24 1LS
28-01-2009
Ethal Austins is a cheap and cheerful place to buy clothes and home furnishings, the prices are low yet the quality is good. They sell a wide range of items from baby bibs to duvet covers and electric shavers! The shop in blyth is always busy, the store layout is quite poor and occasionally it is a struggle to get round the shop with pushchairs however it is possible when they are not so busy! The staff are tidy and very friendly and will goi out of their way to help you!
Adams Childrenswear - Blyth

Blyth Library - Blyth
Bridge Street, Blyth, Northumberland NE24 2DJ
28-01-2009
Situated on the main road running through Blyth the library is based inside an old building which looks quite shabby, although this si due to its age and it is currently having some work done on the outside and the inside of the building meaning only downstairs is open til the work is completed. There is a big range of books to view and take home with you. The staff are friendly and very willing to help and assist.
Marine Medical Group - Blyth
Blyth Community Hospital & Health Centre, Blyth, Northumberland NE24 1DX

I have been registered with this doctors for almost a year, All of the doctors in this practice are absolutely fantastic and will help you to under stand anything you need to, and also assist you in progressing to becoming well again. They are there to help and they certainly go out of their way to help. The practice is fairly big, has a selection of toys for children to play with whilst you wait, the receptionists are lovely and friendly. There is a selection of magazines and papers to read whilst you wait but don’t get too comfy as you won’t be waiting for long!
