Amazing – they were really helpful, friendly and courteous. I got a 55cm dish and thought it would be OK at first to pick up 3 satellites. I did not know that I would need a dish above 80 cm to pick up the European satellites that I wanted. Sat – Insta booked me in for an engineer in less than 24 hours. They came out to me on ‘Good Friday’ when the traffic was bad, and people were off work and going places. The two engineers got me 3 European satellites working on my 55cm dish after trying everything; hard at work all day, on the ladder all day, then after putting in the extra hours they sat down with me to show me how to work my satellite receiver box. I was well impressed with the way they approached me and my neighbors in a friendly, kind, and professional manner. They even cleaned up afterwards. And the price was really good. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.
