Avoid like the plague! They accepted an expensive item and said they could clean it with no problem. When I collected it my item was damaged, stained and much worse than when I had given it too them. They made lots of excuses, claimed they "did their best", said "it's not visible from the outside", didn't take responsibility for the damage, didn't offer a refund and personally insulted me! Worst customer service I've ever had! Save yourself the misery and frustration - go somewhere else!
