I booked a Wowcher deal for this place and paid £29 for a two hour treatment. I was really looking forward to a bit of serious pampering. Well, forget that! I phoned and left a message, thought it a bit strange I had to call a 0845 number. No one got back to me in 24 hours, so I sent an e-mail requesting to make an appointment. Still no response. What appalling customer service! I then tried a further phone call, only to be advised by automated message that the mailbox was full and could not accept any more messages. I have now approached Wowcher for a refund. Please, anyone who is tempted by a similar deal, don't do it!! This place should not be advertised through such a company as it cannot fulfil its promises.
jill2760 I had a booking today at holistic beauty lounge and it is the same place as you, my voucher was of groupon and it has the same number as the holistic and tartot lounge, it seems they have been scaming groupon and wowcher, as the shop has now moved to 105 orsmkirk road and was locked up when i arrived also the phone is going stright to answer phone.
