Celebrated my birthday with friends at Oxpasture Hall Country Hotel. Booked the courtyard restaurant and had the most fantastic meal.
As well as receiving the most delicious meal, we also received complimentary canapes, amuse and a pre-dessert - all free. The trio of salmon and rack of lamb was just so tasty.
Not only was the food excellent, the service was just as good. The staff could not do enough. Whatever we required was dealt with immediately. We had wine on the table and I don't think any of us had to pour it.
I had heard a lot of good things about Oxpasture hall from family and friends, but this was totally unexpected. A fabulous night out and one to remember.
