Rude staff...just incredibly rude!! I can't believe they don't get rid of them. Guys chatting among themselves and eyeing you up. It's appalling! 

I visited Appuru for the first time a week ago and had a facial and full-body massage with Emma.

This place is simply amazing! Karen, the owner is incredibly warm and passionate about her business. She greeted me with a big smile and offered me delicious herbal tea. She took the time to give me honest feedback on the products she has in store, and gave me samples rather than pushing me to buy. The products which are sold and used here are really good, especially if you're looking for more natural options. 

Emma, the therapist, is just perfect - super professional and discreet, and has magic hands! I felt sooooo relaxed! The location is great - on a pretty street - surrounded by lovely eateries, only minutes away from Pimlico tube station.

It really feels like an oasis in the heart of London.

I can't wait to go back!

I came here for a pedicure - nearly missed my appointment because it was impossible to find - underground inside a shop...

The restaurant has just closed...I think Whole Foods is going to take its place...SO SAD!!!

I’ve been to Yas twice – once on a Sunday and once on a Saturday night.

The food was very good on both occasions. There was live music and dance on Saturday night. I love Yas for the atmosphere…the smell of Shisha and grilled meat.

The service is not the best – you have to fight to get the waiters’ attention, but they have always been friendly.

I would definitely recommend this place.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
I went for IPL on a Groupon voucher and the staff were incredibly rude – they referred me to their website at every question I asked.

I had my first treatment in June and now have to wait until October for the next. It is also simply impossible to get an appointment on a weekday evening. The only availabilities are Sunday afternoons, if you’re lucky.

The manager never responds to complaints…obviously. The staff are overworked and grumpy. I was given a false email address when I asked for a contact address for the manager. What more can I say…this place is dirty, horrid and only has bad reviews on the net. Don’t go.

Beware of the mini-cab delivery service!!!

My friend and I came here for our shopping - we were very happy with everything that we found and decided to opt for the mini-cab delivery service, which allows you to travel home with all your items for £30.

Ikea arrange this - all you have to do is show your receipt and you get a fixed rate on the cab.

We drove home and upon arrival were told we owed the driver £35. We contested but decided to hand the cash over as we were two girls and the driver knew our address. My friend tried calling the store to inform them of this "scam" and was ignored. Clearly Ikea don't care about this.

Basically, this is a standard mini-cab service, which Ikea takes no responsibility for. So, please treat it as a normal mini-cab service with all the risks it implies...

Lovely staff, nice little shop and beautiful food.

Mango lassi is very good - I had the beef Mooli...very tasty! Can't wait to sample the rest of the menu!

This place sells excellent pastries - I think it's a great take-away.

I've eaten in quite a few times - it's very good, but very very expensive and though I enjoy the street view, it does get a bit too busy for me.

Well worth it, though!
