Wij halen hier af en toe ons eten omdat het in de buurt is, en gelukkig nog geen ervaring als die van ASmoothy meegemaakt ;-)
De prijzen zijn er normaal tot goed, en qua eten viel er ook nooit wat te klagen.
Ik heb er wel eens bijna een uur op eten moeten wachten, maar dat was te wijten aan de drukte, die tent puilt soms behoorlijk uit.
Buiten de top-uren is het eten ook altijd snel klaar.
De loempia’s zijn een aanrader door de prijs/pret-verhouding.
Rond de 3 euro, en genoeg om je buikje rond te eten als je geen enorm grote eter bent.
Het is echt een afhaal-chinees, daar binnen eten wil je niet tenzij je echt moet.
Maar qua afhaalchinees is dit denk ik wel een van de betere.

I ate here twice, and on both occasions ordered steaks medium-rare.
The menu was clear in describing the different cuts of meat.
The meat itself was great.
Well-cooked, good on herbs & spices without losing the meat taste.
The side dishes (fries, stuffed potato, salad) we chose were simple but good, but let’s face it, it’s all about the meat here, and they did a really good job on that!
The service was also friendly and attentive, without being too present.
I’ll be happy to come back here any time!

Confident, quick and (as far as possible) painless.
Every time I needed some construction work, I leave the place thinking "Wow, that guy is good!"

On my vacation to Manila, of course we visited several places for dinner.
This one stuck by me, as I felt that every single dish we ordered (and we ordered plenty!) was of very good quality.
I'm not a big seafood fan in general, but everything I had in there tasted fine to me.

Ik heb hier een keer of drie eten besteld. Twee keer pizza, één keer de Mix Grill Elat Roma. Het beviel me iedere keer erg goed.
De pizza smaakt erg goed. Lekkere kaas en het beleg smaakt ook vers. De deeg is niet bijzonder maar zeker niet slecht.

De Mixed Grill Elat Roma was een goede portie, en ook erg lekker.

Voor wat dit soort afhaal-voer besteld, is dit nu mijn favoriet!

De bestelling werd ook iedere keer erg snel bezorgd, al moet ik er wel bij zeggen dat ik er maar een paar straten vanaf woon.

I have been here now on three occasions, with three different groups of people.
The food is consistently good, although it seems to lack a little something special that makes it really great.
My wife's family would disagree on that though, they really loved it.

On one occasion with some colleagues of mine we had to wait a very long time as well, which got a bit frustrating. I will see this as a one-time mistake though.
The staff is very friendly.
The place looks nice and warm, has plenty of space and is not too loud or bright to my taste. Just perfect.
All in all, great place and decent food. I'm sure I'll be back again.

We ordered food three times there, and haven't been disappointed.
It's affordable, the quality can be tasted and there's a good variety of dishes.
My favorite so far was the Daging Smoor. It was delicious, and the spicyness was just perfect.
We'll keep ordering!

Only recently opened, I have been here twice and really feel like this is a good addition to Enschede!

I’ve only been here at night time in the weekends, but the lounge-style place is turned into a nice nightclub with DJ, good music and a little dancefloor for the people.

The crowd seems to be late twenties-early thirties for the most part. The music and athmosphere are also good for those who feel young enough to go out to a dance-club but too old to hang at the places the sixteen-year-olds go to.

It’s nice, relaxed, quite big thanks to the second floor, and from what I’ve heard the staff really tries to be nice and good (that’s not the standard in this country).

The only down-side is that they serve “Freddy” beer only. In the middle of Grolsch city! I thought about taking off a star for it, but that would just be childish, eh?

I think this city NEEDS a place like this! It’s just unique in its kind.
Old-fashioned granny-style food delivered to your home. And for reasonable prizes, too!
I tried them once. I ordered a typical winter-meal in may because I felt like it, but was told they don’t do that in the spring/summer months. Well, fair enough, so I ordered some “blinde vinken” for 6,95 instead. It comes with a choice of vegetables and a potatoe-dish of your choice.
So I ordered the potatoes with onions and bacon, and the green beans. Both tasted excellent, as did the “blinde vinken”.
It was nothing very exciting, nothing very special, but it was just as I hoped it would be. The potato-dish was perfect, the greenbeans fresh, the meat cooked nicely. Couldn’t have done it better myself!
This is just great if you want a normal meal instead of the usual take-away/delivery meals like pizza, shoarma, french fries, etcetera. Good portions, good taste, good prizes. Delivery 1 Euro.
I’ll call them again!!

Ate there twice. The first time I had a normal “Broodje Döner”, which was good. That night, the owner spoke of his specialty the “Kapsalon”.
So the next time I tried it. Here’s roughly what it is: It was laid out like a lasagna, with fried potatoes on the bottom, then veggies, spiced and herbed meat, some sauce (not nearly as much as in lasagna of course), and topped off with cheese.
And yeah, I liked it. It was really good. The only thing I was not really crazy about, was that the potatoes on the bottom had become somewhat soggy, but given the layout that was totally expected, so it didn’t bother me.
Besides, the sauce seemed better and tastier than the sauce one usually gets at such places.
Also, it was nearly big enough for two people. A little side-dish to go with it, and you have dinner for two.
I’ll definitely get this again!
