Great price to quality ratio here. Castelli serves classic Italian cuisine for very reasonable prices. In fact, we were suspicious when we saw how cheap everything on the menu was, but much to our pleasure, the food is good, and the service is friendly, too. You can do much worse for Italian in Prenzlauer Berg.

Cozy little restaurant serving decent Austrian cuisine - think schnitzels and goulash. Prices are reasonable and the service is okay. A good option for a cold night.

Probably my favorite pizza in Berlin. It's as close to a Naples' pizza as I've had in Germany. While the service can be hit or miss, I find visiting at off-peak times or doing takeaway help to mitigate this.

Pizza Nostra makes seriously good pizza - loved the ham and mushroom pizza in particular. I especially liked their dough, which has the right amount of chewiness. The staff are friendly and the prices are affordable.

Okay - admittedly I was extremely drunk when I ate here, so the hobos sitting around the entrance drinking late at night didn't put me off. Neither did the (lack of) cleanliness of the place. Basically, it didn't make me sick and the doner tasted okay, so it deserves two stars for that alone. Just make sure you're drunk before you go.

Granted, I was rather drunk when I ate here, but the burgers were really good. Combined with fair prices, and a unique location, means that I'll be back to give it a second try.

Had a very tasty Sunday brunch here. Lots of selection including things like blinis. Definitely a good F-shain option.

Good Indonesian food here. I tried the rijsttafel (rice table) and it was very good. Lots choices to mix and match with just the right amount of spice. Prices are very reasonable to boot.
